I have to say the one thing that I like about this DVD, besides being instructed by the Kung Fu master, is the different workouts that are provided, and the over all clearity of the step by step instructions. After 45 minutes of this work out you will know that you've just worked out. I will say that this one has left me a little more sore than what I would have liked to have been, but hey you know what they say "no pain no gain".
