Here is my walking chart for week two. I must say that I am very pleased with the way things are turning out. I never thought that my daily walking ever ended up like this. I sat out to do only 10 miles, and I did 22.8 miles.
I sat my next weeks goal to 15 miles, I know I will probably blow right past that. I am keeping my goals small. This way should I fall short one week, I wont feel as bad.
