This DVD is a great starter workout video. It has simple, low impact movements that are easy and fun to do.

I must say though after only 45 minutes of having done these simple movements, including the warm up exercises, I can already feel it working on me. Another great thing about Tai Chi is that it totally relaxes all the muscles in your body, while you are working to firm and tone them.
Also I have REALLY bad knees, and I have used other videos that have worked me to where my knees are killing me by the time im done. Not with this DVD. It is suited for people of all ages. It even has an elderly lady who looks like she is in her mid 60's to 70's doing the exercises. I really recommend this for anyone who has limited range of movement, or for someone who is looking to add some good cardio to their workout. You wouldn't think that simply moving from side to side in slow motion would work you out and get your heart pumping but it really does.
