I have hit the 'cold like symptoms' part of it. I tired to wake up this morning and felt like crap. After having gone back to bed I'm feeling better. It is so strange to me how this stuff is working. I went to be last night feeling fine and woke up this morning with my head feeling like it was 40lbs and the size of a beach ball. But I was thankfully able to go back to bed.
I have been using sesame seed oil, of which I love the taste, my sister is using coconut oil. When I spit my oil out it looks like a very milky coffee, but I think that is due to the oil being a dark brown color, that and I do have a few problems with my teeth. But we shall see if this clears those problems up or not, this therapy is suppose to remove all the toxins and stuff from your body, and so far it seems like its working.
