It’s been six weeks since I have started keeping tabs on what I have been eating and I must say that it doesn’t feel that long.
I am really beginning to see a change in the way I eat and its correlation to my glucose levels.
I know that my Doctor is happy that I have been able to bring my A1C level from an 11 to 9.6. It is my goal to get my levels down to a 5 or 6.
