The difference that I found with www.optical123.com is that they have a larger selection and style of frames. But they are more pricey. They too have the $7.95 deal on glasses, but are high on other options. They also are based in Hong Kong which means having an extra weight time for your glasses.
All in all I would have to rank Optical 123 as 3 on my list of cheap living.

Hello Mr. Luo, I am glad that you found my article. I hope that the future finds your prices reduced or carrying selections that are fashionable and functional so that all budgets can afford them. I am sure that you and your company work diligantly to work with the lowest prices that you can while still making a profit from the product that you produce. And I believe that your products are high quality, yet are a bit over priced for those of us living on an extrem tight budget, and in many cases having no insurence.
