Well on Priceangels.com I found that they have everything that a geek like me could ever want. They carry products from Android Tablets to Wii accessories. Now I have a Wii and have been needing a new controller and found an OEM Wii Controller there for under $20 which is a steal if you have ever priced them at Wal-Mart or other places like that.
I just wanted to let all my readers know about this site as they carry many items that are great stocking stuffers, as well as last minute presents for birthday’s or anniversaries.
I am not being paid to write this article, just wanting to pass it along. Hope you all enjoy it and please let me know what you purchase as well as any comments you have on it, good, bad or indifferent.
Price Angels might have good prices but their customer support is dire.
ReplyDeleteI ordered a Multimedia player which arrived dead. None of their web site works apart from the order and payment area. Clicking the link on their own web site, to report defective items results in a message saying "Oops! The requested page is missing. We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site." Hello it's your link that took me here! 24/7 guaranteed support.... not available!
I finally guessed a customer support email address and contacted them that way. I was told to send it back at my expense and they would refund the postage by way of coupons for store credit! That is EXTORTION and ILLEGAL!
I am disabled and live on benefits, why should I pay out money and only get coupons for a company I never want to buy from again? This company should not be allowed to get away with their behaviour.
They want video evidence of the fault when I don't have a video recorder, photographic evidence of the fault (How can you show something is dead in a photo?) Without this evidence they say they cannot do anything!
DO NOT PART WITH YOUR CASH TO PRICE ANGELS. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
