Well I went out and bought a

the other day and used it today for the first time. OMG! I didnt realize that Pilates was so intense. I did the workout's that came with the video, and then did my Tai Chi, and then did some power band exercises, and I dont know which hurts worse, my arms or my legs.
In either case I believe that its a good thing though. Now after I am done being Jello like, I am going to make me up a Portobello Mushroom and sit down for a bit.
