So today I mixed it up a little bit. After having a high protein breakfeast I decided to do some Tai Chi and I peppered in some boxing moves that I learned from my Body & Soul Fitness Total Body Workout dvd, and it was a great work out. Not only did I get the toneing from the Tai Chi, but I also got the full body work out from the other one.
I do believe that after these results I'm going to start doing 2 work out videos a day.
