I just found your site. I was diagnosed with Type 2 back in 2001. I was a Respiratory Therapist working on a patient that was not breathing and I was feeling faint. Luckily there was another Therapist in the room and I motioned him over to take over for me. I got back to the office just in time to black out and went to the floor. I was taken to the ER and at that time diagnosed with Diabetes. Mine has moved at a quick rate and on January 2010 I was put on an insulin pump. I exercise and diet but have a hard time loosing weight. Some say the meds will make it harder as well. I have my up and down days as well. I just keep going with it and do what I can. Stay positive.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the well wishes, I hope that things get better for the whole Diabetic Community down the road. I will stay positive, its hard at times but well worth it in the end.
