The Tools of Living

The tools that keep me alive. In the picture are my 80gb iPod Classic, my Flip Video Ultra, my OneTouch Ultra Mini, my Humalog Pen, my Lantus SoloStar Pen, and my Bayer Didget for Nintendo DS.

So many of you may be wondering how an iPod and a Flip Video help me with my Diabetis? Well my iPod has hours of great music that I listen to while  working out, or walking. My Flip Video, helps me by giving me a way to record a video log which will be posted later. The Bayer Didget for Nintendo DS is a way for me to get into good testing habits, because I love to play video games. I will do a whole write up about this awesome little gadget at a later time and date.

I uses these items daily to keep my blood sugars under control, and to help me monitor them, and with the use of the Bayer Didget, get rewarded for good testing practices :).
