Tonight's dinner is pork tenderloin with green beans, broccoli, and diced potatoes. Recipe Coat the pan with a generous drizzle of olive oil on high heat for about 1 minute Cut the tenderloin with kitchen scissors to make small bites (about 10 to 14 oz.) Add pork to hot oil and add crushed black pepper Then add potatoes that have been diced or cubed I used pre-cut canned potatoes drained Stir meat and potatoes adding garlic powder onion powder and seasoning salt to taste Drain one can of green beans and add to the pan Then add the broccoli florets to the pan I used frozen Stir everything for a few minutes For extra added flavor I added a tea spoon of Chinese mustard to the juices in the pan and then stirred the whole thing and shut off the burner. Makes enough for 4-5 people. Can add another 1/2 can of each item, and another piece or two of meat and cut the broccoli smaller for more people Cook time 15 minutes #amatuerchef #cooking #dinner #dinnergoals #cheapmeals

Tonight I made #beans in the #instantpot I used "15 bean soup" bean mix which had pinto, great northern, lentil, wax, white, red, kidney, and a few other beans with 2 1/2 cups of water with 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp onion powder, 3 tbsp garlic powder, 1tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp italian seasoning, and a pork roast cut into medallions.
