I wish I had seen this website, http://www.directstartv.com/, before I signed up for our last TV service. Luckily, we are out of that terrible contract now. We were under contract for this TV provider who was definitely overcharging us, was super unreliable and definitely had terrible customer service. They just totally screwed us over and did not care if we were happy with the service or not until out contract was ready to expire. By then, it really was too late to salvage the situation. We switched over to Direct TV and I have never been happier with our services, I swear. It would have saved so much frustration, time and effort if I had just seen their webpage sooner! Then I would not have had to deal with all of that bad stuff and just gone on ahead living my life. I know it seems silly to be upset over TV, but the provider just seriously had no sense of how to do its job. We were drawn to them because they were the absolute cheapest. Probably a bad buying practice to use all the time.
