I am a The Biggest Loser this week, and not in the good way. I totally blew my goal of 20 miles. I only walked 10.66 miles of the 20 miles that I had wanted to do.
So I dropped next weeks walking goal to 15 miles and I am going to see if I can obtain that level. But in my defense, I forgot to wear my pedometer for two whole days, and the other days have been raining.
But enough excuses. I will have to do better next week.
