Here is my first week's pedometer chart. I created this chart for a visual way to keep track of my walking progress. I looked for one on the net but couldn't seem to find one, so I made one on Excel.
Anyways, I sat a goal of 4 miles for a week. I was plesantly suprised when I exceded the 4 miles and actually did almost 15 miles. So I was really happy. Next week I will post another and see how they compare.
