Well recently I heard about using Apple Cider Vinegar for weight loss, which I thought to myself "umm really?" Well I found that Apple cider vinegar and weight loss health benefits have been utilized for centuries.

So I started using it and it does work. I typically use it first thing in the morning, and have begun taking it 2-3 times a day. I have noticed that I am less hungry and that it is starting to help me lose some weight. The only gripe that I have about it is the taste. But from all the studying and research that I have done, everyone says that after a while you really begin to like it....I'm still skeptical!
I also found at The Dollar Tree, Apple Cider Vinegar in a pill, that has the same effects of drinking the liquid, but without the horrid flavor. So I guess along with the pill im taking ACV more like 4-5 times a day!
