Tonight I made #beans in the #instantpot I used "15 bean soup" bean mix which had pinto, great northern, lentil, wax, white, red, kidney, and a few other beans with 2 1/2 cups of water with 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp onion powder, 3 tbsp garlic powder, 1tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tbsp pepper, 1/2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp italian seasoning, and a pork roast cut into medallions. I set it to manual cook 80 minutes, quick vent, salt and peppered to taste. Super amazing. Wish I had made cornbread.
