If you dont have your prescription you can go into any Optometry and have them read your glasses to tell you, and you will need your Pupil Distance. If you need a new RX then go to Wal-Mart and have your eyes checked its $40-$50. And then use that RX there at www.eyebuydirect.com that is where you will use the ref code and the coupon code.
