I really haven’t studied my charts before in the past, but I have really taken a good hard look at this months chart. I compared it with my Food Diaries and have noticed that there is a really strong connection.
Now I know that what you eat really effects your glucose levels, but I never really put 2 & 2 together. Looking at the sugar rollercoaster that I have been putting myself through over the last 30 days, has really kinda opened my eyes.
I have spent several days in bed during the last month and now I know why. I am really going to try and change this up and down rollercoaster and see if I can’t improve my over all energy level and see if I can stay out of bed.
