Ok so today being a make up day for the exercise that I didnt get yesterday, I went out to a local thrift shop and got me a set of ankle weights, and did my Body & Soul Fitness Total Body Workout, and then walked 1 mile with them on.
Ok for future reference, if you have bad knees I wouldn't recommend doing this with the leg weights on, as it will totally kill your knees. I have bad knees myself, so I am speaking from experience. However, if you can endure the pain, you will have yourself a really nice leg and butt work out.
Now its time for some Yoga, and then lunch.
