So last night I had a total F**k my Diabetes night. I had a piece of chocolate cake, 2 candy bars, 1/2 cup of chocolate milk, and 4 doughnuts.
I went to bed after having taken a bunch of humalog, and woke up with a blood sugar level of 219…not bad, but not good as it derailed my diet but I will make up for it today.
