This week I tried to get all my numbers plugged in. But for some reason I can never seem to remember to fill out this chart. I know I’ve said this in the past, but I really need to do so.
You will see that my glucose numbers are a little higher a few days last week, but I have also been under some stress, which effects sugars too.
