Todays Lunch Bean and Cheese Burrito

Today's lunch was a Bean and Cheese Burrito, with All Corn Chips.

The burrito was made on a reduced fat, carb  friendly tortilla, stuffed with reduced sodum pento beans, and american cheese. And the corn chips were cooked in canolia oil, and I only had 1 cup of them.

It was a very tasty and filling meal....now what am I going to have for dinner?

So using my Carb counter that is found on the Bayer Didget website the break down is as follows:

Total Carbs = 36 out of 150 daily
