Today's Lunch | Portabello Mushroom with Feta and Tomato

Yum Yummy! I got some portabello mushrooms at my local store, and put some feta and tomato on them, and let me tell you they were freakin' good.

I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for something new and delicious to try.

Drizzled in olive oil would be really good too, but I used light fat free ranch, which gave it an awesome creamy texture.
