Tai Chi, Weights, Bands and Jogging Oh My!

Well today I did as the title of this post mentions. I did my  Gentle Tai Chi Workout for 30 minutes, and busted out the grass mat and did 10 minutes of weights, did 2oo upper ab crunches, 30 lower ab crunches, 3 minutes on the stair climber, and a little jog, and finished off with 30 minutes of meditation.

Oh and I almost forgot, I used an ab roller, it's a wheel with handle bars that you push all the way out and use your ab muscles to draw it back in. Yeah kills the ab's and back, but a good work out none the less.

Now Im going to rest for a few more minutes and then make me up some Portobleo Mushrooms and spinich.
