So I saw this the other day and thought to myself, "what a great idea." What is it? Its called a Walking Workstation. It's a 'desktop' that you attach to your treadmill or position right over it, and work while you walk.


Now I am not sure about the rest of you, but I can't chew gum and walk at the same time, let alone type....or at least I don't think that I can.

 

I think this is a really awesome product, and I wouldn't mind trying it out just to see if it really would help get 2 essential things done, work and working out!

But for now I will stick to my StairMaster and my Tai Chi, and other workouts and maybe get one of these later down the road.
